HPS3016 shotcrete manipulator
HPS3016 shotcreting manipulator is the newest product developed for tunnel construction by our company, targeting the market demand. The machine is an integration of three functions: travel, pumping and spray, easy to operate. Adopting international procurement, the complete machine owns stable performance, simple operation, and can be widely applied in ready-mixed concrete of tunnel, high-speed revetment in different industries and occasions, and pouring of ready-mixed wet concrete with steel fiber or polymer fiber. Dry mortar spray can also be done according to users' needs
Main advantages of HPS30 shotcreting manipulator:
1.Greatly reduce dust concentration near the machine and nozzle, eliminate worker health hazard.
2.High productivity. The productivity of dry type concrete shotcreting machine is usually less than5m ³ / h. Use wet shotcreting machine; manually operation productivity can reach 10m ³ / h; when using manipulator, the productivity can reach 20m ³ / h.
3.Low rebound degree. By dry spray, concrete rebound degree can reach 15% - 50%. By wet spray, rebound rate can be reduced to 10% .
4.By wet spray, because water cement ratio is easy to control, shotcrete quality can be greatly improved and concrete uniformity can be increased. By dry spray, concrete water cement ratio is adjusted by manipulator according to experience and macroscopic observation, and the concrete quality depends largely on manipulator operation is correct or not.
